From Karl Pro, DHL Express and DPD connect with your own account and FedEx with your customer number; you connect UPS by logging in to your UPS account and authorising Karl, plus your customer number. DHL Paket and the Deutsche Post Internetmarke are only available to senders in Germany.
Smart routing decides per shipment
Smart routing rules determine carrier and service automatically: weight, destination, goods value, incoterm and your origin country. Volumetric weight and carrier limits feed into the decision, and unsuitable services drop out on their own.
